Full Conversions
Full Subaru Conversions for rear engine VWs including Vanagon/T2/T2.5, Bay window, Split window, Beetle, Karmann Ghia. All conversions use our proprietary motor mount, pressure tank, in-house converted harnesses, and proprietary undermount radiator for air-cooled conversions. We are distributors for KEP adaptors, Vintage Air, and subarugears, and offer a selection of their products in addition to our own.
Vanagon/Transporter
The full service option nets you a complete powertrain conversion, including a low mileage JDM Subaru engine, subarugears reversed Subaru transmission, custom LPC Big Brake Kit for the front brakes, Vintage Air air conditioning, and additional components.

LPC Subaru MT slave cylinder
Get that oem feel out of your Subaru manual transmission swap with our proprietary LPC Subaru Manual Transmission slave cylinder. After numerous complaints of an unpleasantly heavy clutch feel when using the original VW clutch master cylinder with the stock Subaru slave cylinder, we've developed a replacement solution to return the smooth, easy, factory style operation.

LPC Throttle body reverser

LPC Cold Air intake
Proprietary LPC cold air intake. Designed and manufactured in house, using Stainless steel sheet metal and 3D printed parts, our intake solution provides the benefit of a cold outside air intake source, modern OEM paper air filter for better filtration and easy replacement, and a nicer looking engine compartment.

LPC Interface Module
This component ties into the harness to help prevent nuisance Check Engine codes and has an integral VSS eliminator circuit to prevent the ECU from going into limp mode due to not having a speed sensor installed. Simplifies and streamlines the installation of a Subaru engine with a VW transmission. Included in our harnesses.

Vanagon/Transporter LPC Gauge pod
Proprietary 3D printed gauge pod for Vintage Air in dash air conditioning system equipped Vanagons/Transporters. Replaces the defunct side window defrost vent with a mounting pod for up to 2 x 52mm (2inch) aftermarket gauges. Also compatible with aftermarket USB or 12v accessory receptacles.
Bay Window LPC Gauge pod
Proprietary 3D printed gauge pod for Bay Window buses. Provides a mounting pod for a 52mm (2inch) aftermarket gauge. Also compatible with aftermarket USB or 12v accessory receptacles.
Vanagon/Transporter Rear Window Washer Reservoir Cover
Proprietary 3D printed rear window washer reservoir cover. Covers the cap and hole in the wall around the fill port.

Wheel Re-drilling Service
